MET Hotel

The restaurant was the standout for us. The food was well above the usual Bolivian standard, and the staff, especially Michael/Misael!!!!, were amazing, super charming, and told us a lot about Bolivian culture. The team went above and beyond during our New Year's Eve stay after we'd been traveling around Bolivia. There's also a decent-sized gym and spa. The frustrating part was ordering a car through the front desk. We clearly asked for a big, nicer car, waited over 30 minutes, then got one without seatbelts. The driver kept wiping the windshield with a cloth, and the fare was DOUBLE what a taxi through Uber would have cost. It was a bitter way to end things, since you'd expect a hotel of this standard to use a high-standard taxi service. If we're back in La Paz, we'd definitely consider staying again.

A quiet neighborhood made for a nice stay at the end of my trip, though it's a bit far out if you want to explore the city. The hotel was lovely and comfortable, the staff super friendly, and breakfast was great. They also put together a good bagged breakfast for an early checkout.

The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, and the room was modern, well equipped, and had a nice view. The neighborhood felt safe, with embassies and luxury shops around. It's about 1.4 km from the funicular line. There's a warm pool, jacuzzi, steam sauna, and modern gym. Breakfast was good.

Ernesto and his colleagues made us feel at home straight away with top-notch service in English. The rooms were comfortable, with stunning views, and the neighborhood was calm, with lots of restaurants and bars around Green Tower. Breakfast was rich, and there were modern smart TVs, a unique rooftop terrace, and a charming wellness area with a powerful steam sauna. The gym was well equipped, and the breakfast buffet was great too.
