Las Bioma's Aqua-Park

The room had no A/C, and I thought it was a bit pricey for somewhere without air conditioning.

There are some nice facilities here, and the breakfast tasted good, though the bread came late. The location is okay, near the highway and Machia Park, and not too far away. The pool looked great but needed cleaning, with lots of leaves in it, and the children's pool was worse. Our room had no towel, and when we were told to ask reception, we'd already showered. There was no hot water either. Service was the biggest problem. Check-in and check-out both took ages, and it seemed the receptionist was handling everything alone. We waited in the lobby to leave, but the door was closed just as we all went out, and the receptionist had disappeared. On several occasions it also took a long time for someone to open the door when we came back. They need to improve service, though I think the owner is at fault for not hiring more people, rather than the staff.

When it rains, there doesn't seem to be anywhere to relax, since the food area is noisy and there are no other recreational spaces. The music was loud, and the receptionist was an elderly, arrogant man. For a family hoping to really rest, this is a bad choice.

Awful service. I wouldn't recommend this place, especially for a New Year's Eve party. It doesn't even deserve a one-star rating.
