Doce Lar Residencia

I made a reservation purchase on 10/03/21 for 9/04/20 to 12/04/21, but unfortunately the pandemic continued and everything closed. That part was fine. The trouble started when I tried to reschedule. I couldn’t get a response by phone or Instagram. On 14/8/20, I asked whether the city had reopened because my children wanted to get out of the house, and I thought I could use my reservation, but the park was still closed. On 29 September, I got a message saying the parks would reopen on 2/10/20. I replied that I’d check our schedule. On 7 October, I asked if 15 to 18/10, 31/10 to 2/11, or 20 to 22/11 was available. The reply came on 27/11 saying everything was full, and they suggested another date that didn’t work for me. In February 2021, I asked about using the reservation over Easter in April and got no answer. I was blocked on Instagram, then eventually got a reply saying the calendar wasn’t open yet and they’d let me know when it was. They didn’t. I messaged on 25 February and heard nothing. When I messaged again on 22/8/21, I was told my reservation had expired after one year.
