The bed was the main problem for me. It’s too short and uncomfortable, and I woke up with back pain every morning. Aside from that, I’d recommend the place. It’s in a lovely spot, with a fabulous view from the two rooms at the back. Breakfast is excellent and the staff are friendly.

The hosts gave us wonderful service when we arrived. We were the only guests that day, so we got almost one-on-one attention. The inn also has a spectacular view of Morro da Baleia, and the rooms were very clean, with comfortable beds and pillows. It’s about 15 minutes from the village of São Jorge and 20 minutes from Alto Paraíso. Jardim de Maytrea, the well-known cerrado field in Chapada dos Veadeiros, is only two minutes away.

The Bangalô was wonderful, and I recommend it. The inn has a beautiful view, with macaws often flying near the mountain, and it’s a wonderfully peaceful place if you want to rest your mind and body. Service was a 10, everyone was attentive and ready to help guests, and the breakfast was wonderful. The accommodation was clean too.

We loved the place and would come back on another trip to Chapada. The inn has a beautiful view of the night sky, and the heated pool is great, comfortable to use throughout the day. It’s between the town of Alto Paraíso and São Jorge, close to lots of outings.
