Our family booked the inn for New Year’s Eve 2023 and paid a 50% deposit of the agreed price. Unfortunately, we couldn’t use the inn, so we agreed that part of the payment would be returned and the rest would cover the cancellation fee, leaving 5,000.00 to be refunded. We received only R$ 1.000,00 of that, so R$ 4.000,00 is still owed. Nearly a year later, we still haven’t received it.
Ubu beach is beautiful, and the inn is peaceful and feels practically private for us. I loved staying here, and the service was excellent.
We came for a couples’ gathering and had a lovely time. The other couples were very friendly, and the service at Quintal was good. It was a pleasure to celebrate our Valentine’s dinner there ♥
I only went for lunch, but everything was great. It’s such a lovely, peaceful place, and a nice choice for bringing kids or going as a couple. Anyone who gets the chance to check it out will enjoy it. I plan to come back and stay overnight. Congratulations to the owner.
Be careful about paying in advance. We paid, then had to cancel for reasons beyond our control. We paid the penalty, but the owner still hasn’t returned the remaining amount. Every week he says he’ll pay it back. Please be careful.
