San Rafain Hotel

Really good.

The meal schedule was too restrictive for us: breakfast runs from 6:30 to 8:30, lunch from 11:00 to 13:00, and dinner from 17:30 to 19:00. Sleep in a little and you miss breakfast. The hotel takes in more guests than it can handle, with only one elevator, so around meal times we had to use the stairs because getting a lift was impossible. The dining lines were endless, and there weren't enough places to sit. At breakfast, the natural juice only lasted for the first guests before they switched to artificial juice. The cakes and breads shown in the website photos weren't there, and lunch didn't look like the pictures either. Dinner had the same long queues. Parking is away from the hotel, and after 9 p.m. they won't fetch or put away your car. If you go out at night and return later, it has to stay on the street. There were four of us in my family, and the beds were tiny and very hard. They were single beds, smaller than the usual size, I think. I was really disappointed and won't stay here again.

The meals were delicious, and the place was clean and very well organized. The daily rate was fair, the staff treated us well, and the hotel is in a great location with its own parking. I definitely recommend it. Note: small pets are accepted.

Breakfast was a real highlight, with lots of choices, everything nicely laid out, and it all tasted great. The kitchen team were so friendly and kind. The room was good, and the hotel was clean and organized, with parking. The service was respectful and professional. The elevator took a while to reach the floors, though. I loved the hotel and would definitely recommend it.
