Breakfast was very poor, and I found a hair in the cake. The shower water was cold. They said they'd fix it, but they didn't. I also asked for extra blankets and could only get a sheet. The next day I asked for three more, even though I'd turned off the air conditioning. When I arrived after traveling for over 30 hours, they put me in the room right by the pool. There was a teenage pool party that night. I politely asked about it, but the noise kept me from sleeping. I killed several cockroaches when I arrived. The bathroom and shower weren't clean, and I had to put my suitcases on the chairs and shelves to keep bugs from crawling into them. I'll take photos during the week as I stay. The rooms are barely furnished, with no hangers for clothes. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. It was booked for me, so relocating is difficult. If I come to Aracaju again, I'll ask for a different hotel.

The location is great, and the staff are good. I'd definitely recommend it for a safe, comfortable stay. Meals and drinks at the hotel restaurant are around average in price. Breakfast gets 4 out of 5.
