A hotel.

In room 29, the bathroom wall has a gap at the top because there's no ventilation. Maybe an extractor fan and extending that wall all the way up would help. The balcony door doesn't block noise, and with so much traffic on the nearby avenue, cars with loudspeakers and noisy motorcycles make the room loud. The air conditioning was great, the beds were good, and the general cleaning was very good. The sheets and pillows were clean, breakfast was quite pleasant, and the service was very good too.

The rooms are great, and the reception staff were polite and welcoming. Their standout is breakfast, which I thought was spectacular, with a bit of everything and fresh, good-quality products. I'll definitely be back.

For someone traveling like me, the location is excellent, practically right by the BR101 in the direction of Floripa. It's close to a market, snack bar, gas station, and even a shopping mall. The hotel is excellent, well organized, and well equipped.
