The room cleaning also leaves a lot to be desired, and the service was bad. At 7:20 in the morning, the coffee ran out. The attendant said I'd have to wait 40 minutes, so I had to go to work without having any. When I complained at reception, they told me I couldn't complain because breakfast was complimentary. I don't recommend this place.

We weren't expecting much from the hotel, but stayed here because we were passing through. At check-in, they gave us an extra towel after telling us there was only one in the room. Then my son got into the shower and I realized there wasn't even a bath towel, face towel, or bath mat in the bathroom. That wasn't the worst part, though. The way Debora spoke to me on the phone was so rude that I came here to leave this review. Someone from the hotel will probably reply, like they do to all the bad reviews, but here's a heads-up for anyone thinking of sleeping at this establishment.

I arrived around 4 in the morning just to shower, then leave an hour later, before breakfast. The attendant gave me a key to a room that was already occupied. When I opened the door, the guest staying there and I were both embarrassed. I apologized and went back to reception, but nobody apologized to me. They offered me an adapted room, which I turned down because I was uncomfortable with the lack of professionalism and courtesy. I'd already paid, and was told the hotel doesn't do refunds. A place of this size shouldn't provide such amateur service. They urgently need to retrain staff on polite, courteous service. If they don't refund me, I'll take the appropriate steps.

The price is far too high for what you get. The place was dirty and cramped, and the TV didn't work. The worst part was the experience after a graduation: I'd booked two nights so I could rest and sleep later, but the cleaning staff knocked on our door three times without asking if we wanted the room cleaned. Then, when we asked who it was, they simply opened the door. A complete lack of respect. I don't recommend it. Better to pay more and stay at another hotel.
