Muito satisfeita com a estadia e quero voltar, com certeza. A Centro house fica no centro, pertinho de tudo, incluindo Rua das Pedras, mas a suíte é bem silenciosa, sem o barulho da região. Também conseguimos fazer um churrasquinho porque nos disponibilizaram a churrasqueira. Pelo preço, achei um bom custo-benefício. O café da manhã é simples, porém completo.

Rafael was so kind and kept an eye on everything we needed to make the stay go well. He and his family made us feel very welcome. The place is comfortable, has what you need, and is close to both the center and the beaches. Breakfast was delicious, and the coffee was excellent. Thanks so much, Rafael and family. We were only two blocks from the center, close to everything, and the rooms were nice. But the bathroom needed cleaning, there was no TV or pool, and the refrigerator was empty. Tiny mosquitoes were around, the beds had only sheets, and they didn't replace the towels, soap, shampoo, or toilet paper. There was just one roll of toilet paper. The front door was broken, and no one was around to help except the owner. We'd made a reservation, but they didn't know we were coming.

Rafael was helpful with tour information and directions, the area felt safe, and the place had good lighting and air conditioning, which helped because nights get hot. They also provided a bar of soap. It was an easy walk to the commercial area, very close to downtown Buzios and two blocks from the main square. The practical details need work for the price. There was no shampoo, just two towels with no replacements during my 5-day stay, and only one roll of toilet paper for the whole visit. The internet was slow: pages opened, but YouTube only played smoothly sometimes. The orthopedic mattress sat about 3 cm above a board, and I could feel the wood as soon as I sat down. I didn't tell the host because it wasn't something he could fix quickly. My Booking.com reservation was canceled after I'd already arrived and been charged. It happened after I honestly described my experience. I hope they don't remove that review here. It had positives and negatives, and as someone from Chile, I only wanted to keep others from being misled about what they'd pay if they stayed.

I felt right at home, and I'll be back many times 😍 Rafael was so attentive, polite, and concerned about the guests' well-being. My mother and I were welcomed so warmly. It's a quiet, family-friendly place. Thank you so much for everything!
