Geribá House

Pri made our stay at Villa Geribá so enjoyable. She was friendly, cheerful, and attentive, and I’m very grateful for the experience. We had a wonderful time there.

I can’t recommend this place after the way the owner handled a simple price inquiry. She was extremely rude, and her arrogance put me off staying there. I can’t comment on the property itself because the owner’s behavior alone drove me away. I hope she stops acting like she’s above everyone else if she wants the business to grow. For context, I only asked whether that was the lowest price or if there might be a discount. I never tried to haggle the price down, make an offer, or ask them to match another price, despite what YOU claimed. Her employee offered a $35 discount for paying the full amount by pix, bringing the price for two nights for one adult from $535 to $500. YOU then deleted that message and responded rudely, saying you didn’t agree with giving discounts and accusing me of asking you to match an offer, which I hadn’t done. That’s why I say this place is badly managed. A good owner would tell employees not to offer a discount for full payment by pix. She shouldn’t let an employee offer one and then snap at the customer as if it were their fault, or as if they’d compared the pousada with other places. And the employee was only doing what most places do, offering a small discount for paying by pix to account for card fees. But in the audio, the owner was rude about the employee’s decision too, saying she didn’t agree with it, haha.

The house was spotless, easy to use, and welcoming, and it had everything we needed to make the stay comfortable. It was our first visit with family and friends, and the welcome we got was wonderful. The staff kept checking that we were all right and asking if we needed anything. The pool was beautiful and perfectly clean, and the whole place was incredibly peaceful. We had such a complete, lovely experience and would come back a thousand times. Thank you so much ❤️

My family and I had our best experience here. It’s an incredible place, and the kind people are ready to help with whatever you need. We were welcomed with so much warmth. I recommend it to everyone! ❤️🥰
