We booked this place because of the reviews and felt completely misled. It was terrible. Avoid it.

The room was tiny and dated, and the photos give a misleading impression.

The pousada is really nice, and the location gets a 10 out of 10 from me. Everything is close. Reception also deserves top marks, especially Belen, who I dealt with the most. Breakfast was basic but decent. I asked to switch rooms because the shower was tiny and the air conditioning was incredibly noisy, and they were accommodating about the move. I'd pay attention to the comments about what could be improved, since I keep seeing the same ones.

The location made it easy to get everywhere. The Hawaiian shop, ice cream shops, restaurants, the beach, and the artisan market are all just steps away. The air conditioning and hot water were good too. We were happy with our choice and would come back. We stayed four days, and the service was 100/10. Belén and Nicolás were so kind and helpful, and the cleaning team kept our room spotless and organized. The food was exquisite, and breakfast was fresh and delicious. The breakfast staff were always friendly and attentive, checking that everyone had what they needed. Our flight was delayed, and Karen helped arrange things so we wouldn't lose our day or our money. She kept in touch to see if we needed anything. We're grateful for her time and willingness to help. Thank you for everything!
