I made the reservation from Vitoria and paid in advance, but the owner who handled it wasn’t there when I arrived. The room I had booked was occupied. After a long argument, I got my money back. The inn is very beautiful, but it’s poorly managed and looks neglected. There was nobody at reception when I arrived from my trip. Worst of all, the owner never tried to work anything out with me, and the person who made the reservation didn’t have the courage to explain. I’ll never go back.
