Flat do Pontal

My wife and I stayed in the Pontal flat for a week. It's on a quiet street, and Praia dos Anjos is a 15-minute walk away. The apartment was pleasant, with a comfortable bed, a nice shower, and a small kitchen with clean, suitable utensils. The bathroom was very good and recently renovated. There's a ceiling fan, and the bedroom has air conditioning, but the owner wanted to charge us an extra 500 reais to use it. Towels and bed linen aren't included, and cost extra. The room isn't cleaned daily, so a tap outside to wash off sandy feet after the beach would be useful. There's no garage. In high season, finding a street space can be very difficult, and sometimes you have to leave the car a long way away. I'd recommend it for couples with up to two children, since there's a sofa bed in the living room.

Carlos gave me tips on places to visit, and that helped make the trip perfect. Everyone at the flat was helpful. The flat itself was comfortable, clean, and attractive, with great wifi and TV. It was close to restaurants, shops, and the beach, and even had an outlet beside the bed for charging a phone.
