The location, cleanliness, and breakfast were excellent, and Guido, the owner, is friendly and very welcoming. The inn itself is wonderful, and I have no other complaints. Still, my parents’ stay was affected by one receptionist’s manner. From the moment they arrived, she came across as unfriendly and arrogant, with curt replies that made them feel unwelcome. Some of the interactions left them embarrassed, which isn’t the kind of hospitality you expect at an inn. At checkout today, she did something completely unnecessary and embarrassing, in front of the owner. I understand everyone can have a difficult day, but how guests are received makes a big difference. I’m sharing this in the hope it helps improve things, because staff represent the establishment, and this employee left a poor impression.

The buggy tour was wonderful. Our guide was friendly and attentive, and his care made the outing even more special. The inn also felt welcoming, comfortable, and peaceful, with a real sense that guests are looked after. Everyone on the team was polite, attentive, and ready to help, both during our stay and while we were making the reservation. Thanks to them, it was a really special experience. Congratulations to the whole team. I’d recommend the place and we’ll be back soon! 🙌🏾😍🥰❤️

The front desk service was good, but the room was very cramped. The minibar was outside the room where anyone could get to it. The bathroom was tiny, with nowhere to hang towels or put soap or shampoo. If you’re obese, you’ll feel uncomfortable there.

The team made us feel at home and were so welcoming. The space is lovely, very clean, and cozy, and the service was excellent. Grateful for everything! I hope I can come back soon 🙂🙂🙂.
