The staff were super polite and attentive, but the place felt more like a boarding house than a hotel. Our room was really dirty, with hair everywhere, a dirty sheet, cobwebs, and dust. The breakfast table was dirty too. It was a really bad experience for us, even though the staff were very polite.

The staff were great, but the rooms fell short. The walls were moldy, and one of the bed’s legs was broken.
