I stayed for eight days, and the rate was 160 each day. I arrived at 6 and paid the daily rate at noon every day. The room was tidy and hygienic, and got very cold when I switched on the AC. Housekeeping cleaned it every other day, which was great. The elevator was broken, so I had to take the stairs, but that wasn't a problem. The staff were great, polite, and friendly, and helped me with things I needed to know. There are snack bars, restaurants, and people selling packed meals nearby, as well as delivery apps, which helped a lot since food isn't included at the hotel. I especially liked the older gentleman. He was polite, helpful, and treated everyone with so much warmth.

It's right across from the bus terminal and close to a large supermarket, which makes the location great. The rooms are simple but fine for a few nights of rest while visiting Belém.

The staff were great, especially an older gentleman whose name I can't remember. He was a lovely person. The location is also excellent, close to the bus station, shops, restaurants, and more. The building and furnishings aren't so pleasant. The furniture in my room was very old, with pieces falling off and some mold. There was no Wi-Fi, no elevator, and no meals available. Be careful with the bathroom tap, it can give you a shock. It's important to shower wearing flip-flops and use a towel to turn the tap off. Those are a few of the things I noticed, hope that helps.

The hotel smelled bad, and there was no Wi-Fi in the room. Staff said Wi-Fi was only available at the front desk. There was no breakfast or hot shower either. Very bad. Don't stay here, you'll regret it.
