I called several times to book an apartment, but whenever I asked Jessica for someone who speaks English, she kept hanging up. That was rude; she could have tried to understand what I was saying. For a hotel with this kind of standing, it felt unprofessional.

Room service and cleaning were pathetic, the pool water didn't look clean, and the internet kept failing. Not a good place to stay.
