Sítio Crescer - Hostel

I booked through Booking on 25/02 for 10/03, and the reservation was confirmed that same day. Then, at 19:50 on 04/03, they messaged me in the platform chat saying I had until 20:30 to Pix 50% of the booking cost. I was in the shower and don't spend all day on my phone, especially at night. By the time I checked at 20:45, they'd already canceled the reservation. I had a card registered on the platform, but the property chose not to accept card payment. When I booked, the accommodation rules said nothing about paying 50% upfront. My frustration isn't with having to pay half in advance. It's that they told me late at night through chat, gave me just 40 minutes to pay, and left me scrambling for somewhere else to stay only a few days before my trip. That's not how a serious business should behave.

I loved the place and would definitely come back. It's a dream spot for anyone looking for peace and quiet in nature, just right for a rest. The park is huge, with beautiful plants, an organic vegetable garden, a fish pond, two really friendly dogs, and a cuddly cat. The view from the balcony of one of the rooms is wonderful. Waking to birdsong is one of the most spectacular things, and the sunset between the trees and the hill is gorgeous. My only constructive criticism is that a homemade breakfast would complete the experience.

Being surrounded by nature, with birds singing, ponds, a waterfall, and dogs, made this a great escape from the daily chaos. It's an excellent place for anyone looking for rest and quiet. We'll definitely be back!

Ana is such a lovely person, with a contagious warmth. The place is beautiful, and anyone wanting peace, a sense of safety, and a wonderful view won't be disappointed. The walk offers gorgeous scenery and cool air, plus you might get some dog companions if you like dogs. I loved the trip and plan to return.
