The smart TV in my room came with Netflix, which was great for music, shows, and movies. The apartment was furnished, with a medium-sized fridge, but it lacked basic things: no kitchen bin, broom, squeegee, dustpan, or containers. There was only a bathroom bin. The lease is for at least three months, and no deposit or guarantor is needed. Parking may be available, but I didn't ask or use it, so I don't know if there's a fee. The internet was poor and didn't work at all in my room. There was no desk for studying or working, which could be a real problem. They didn't provide a stove in my case, so I had to buy one. When I moved out, I had to pay a 500-real deposit for “painting” and “cleaning.” The place didn't smell good when I arrived. There's a bar next door, so sleeping from Thursday through Sunday or on holidays is difficult. The laundry room has just one washer, and you have to reserve a time. The water is cold, so clothes need a scrub first to get fully clean. You only get three hours, and a normal wash takes more than an hour and a half. The contract says the apartment and furniture are new and that damage will be charged for, but nothing was new when I moved in. Be careful. The mattress was a little old and stained but still decent, while the cover was badly torn. There was no cushion. Construction noise started early, with no warning, and you can hear everything from the neighbors. The ground floor (?) is awful for privacy. The window glass has dark film, but you can still see in when the sun is out and it's bright. Payment was in cash on move-in day. At least in early 2023, there was a 500-real charge on move-out. Prices started at 1,800.
