Hostel Preservar

On my second day there, I went to the beach and came back to find my locker open, my key missing, and a note in English. I asked one receptionist for help, and she sent me to another. That receptionist said another guest had opened my locker, taken my things out because she thought nothing was valuable, and put them somewhere else. Then R$ 300 went missing. No one did anything about it. The owner, Paulo, shouted at me and doubted what I was saying. He took the side of the foreign guest who had gone through my belongings without my permission, or possibly someone at reception. I had to contact the police for advice. Paulo said nothing would come of it and that he couldn't help me. He was very rude. This is outrageous. I want my money back and action taken. Nobody gave permission for anyone to touch my things.

My stay at Hostel Preserve was really pleasant. Even though it's aimed at young people, it was quiet and family-friendly, and people respected each other's needs. It's clean, well organized, and felt safe. The rooms have lockers, fans, and good-quality mattresses, while the kitchen is fully equipped and has space to wash and dry clothes. It's also close to the beach and right in the town center, with supermarkets, restaurants, and cultural attractions easy to reach.

Great spot for a short stay, with pretty much everything close by.
