I’m grateful for the attentive service. I had some wonderful days in that paradise called hotel fazenda água da prata.

We had lovely views across the surrounding nature, and the setting was really pleasant. The meals were always tasty, and we went horseback riding and swimming in the river. The team was attentive and quick to help, especially Nete. We’ll definitely come back again.

The grounds are beautiful, with lots of greenery, horses, and other animals, and the horseback ride was a hit with my daughter. It’s peaceful, and the owner is pleasant as long as nobody says anything negative about the hotel. The staff were kind and tried to smooth things over, but they didn’t seem professionally trained. One young man was doing every odd job because he needed the work, and the person who "fixed up" the rooms was the cook. There wasn’t anyone assigned to cleaning. I was told people had already asked the owner to make improvements, but he refused and gave excuses, just like he does in replies to negative comments. What a shame, because the place could be a lovely escape from the big city with better upkeep, new beds, and trained staff. It doesn’t need luxury, but clean rooms and comfortable beds are basic. I hope it improves and becomes somewhere people want to return to, because the property has so much natural beauty and potential. Negative reviews are there to point out what needs fixing, so please don’t get mad at them. Peace. I almost didn’t leave a review because the whole stay was such a hassle, but it didn’t seem fair to people looking for a restful place who might be disappointed. This was the worst accommodation experience I’ve had. The place is beautiful, but badly needs care. I’ve stayed in all sorts of hotels, from luxury places to roadside ones, and have never seen this level of neglect. It didn’t feel like a room was ready for us when we arrived. The first one smelled moldy, so we were moved farther from the pool, to a room that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The sheets were dirty, the bathroom filthy, there were lots of bugs, and the shower drain was blocked, so the floor flooded when I tried to shower. The mattress had a hole and I could feel the boards, so I put a pillow under myself just to get through the night. I was glad I’d brought my own pillow because theirs were disgusting. I wanted to leave right away, but my husband decided to stick out the "adventure." We were paying for all that discomfort, too. I asked a staff member for a broom so I could do a bit of cleaning myself. I didn’t sleep, obviously. The kitchen was dirty and the food seemed carelessly prepared. The one thing that saved the meal was a delicious risotto made by the owner, who is Italian. For Mr. Carlos, I can already imagine the excuses and denial in your reply, but please pay attention to guest reviews and make improvements. This hotel could become a reference point in the region. Good maintenance, new beds, and trained staff would make it a wonderful place to rest.

The staff looked after us so well from arrival through checkout, and the food was delicious. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were simple but really tasty. The hotel itself is lovely, with animals that were a special attraction for my little girl. We went horseback riding, though we had to save the trail for another time since she’s only 9 months old. The pool was wonderful, and there was good live music at night. Our room was spotless. The toilet had a small issue with the flush and a little water collected in the shower stall, but it didn’t get in the way of our stay. We mentioned it at checkout rather than asking the owner to fix it while we were there. We were very happy with the weekend and plan to return.

The place is peaceful, beautiful, and family-friendly, and Carlo really knows his way around the kitchen. I was there on vacation with my son, and Carlo (the owner), Tiago, and Santiago (staff) were fantastic, attentive, and committed. We felt completely at ease and very well looked after. The pool was so warm that my son and I were still swimming at 10 p.m.! Already counting the days until we can come back.
