From the first message before check-in through after we left, the care and attention were excellent. Chalé Tânia Diniz is spotless, cozy, and has a lovely feel to it. Breakfast was generous and delicious, with a homemade touch. A really comfortable stay with warm, personal service.
We stayed on Saturday, 16/05, and had such a great time. Everything felt brand new, and the chalet was clean and very cozy. It was peaceful there, just right for resting, and breakfast was perfect. We also got excellent service and clear guidance. We’ll definitely come back.
We came as a couple for the weekend and loved the quiet, the view, and how comfortable the chalet was. It was clean and well organized, and breakfast was fantastic. We were warmly welcomed when we arrived. Would absolutely recommend it ❤️
I got an email saying my check-in was refused, so it was clear they would not go ahead with the reservation. Even so, they refused to cancel it and refund the amount already charged to my credit card. They also asked for a R$100 Pix payment to cancel, supposedly for “cleaning,” even though we never went 🤡. I found this dishonest and unacceptable. There was no transparency or respect for the customer, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
A lovely spot for a couple, tucked into nature and full of peace and quiet. The chalet was so cozy, and the service was thoughtful and caring. It felt like a special place to rest and share some memorable moments. We’ll definitely return!
