The cabin was just like the photos, cozy, and had a lovely view. When we found the air conditioning wasn't working properly, Seu Jairo promptly let us switch cabins. He was friendly and helpful from before we arrived right through checkout. Breakfast is arranged with Café Costaneira, which has great options.

It was all very simple, but it met our needs since we don't care about luxury. We were just staying overnight with my three children. Breakfast was arranged through Confeitaria Costaneira, which worked perfectly.

We stayed two days at Pousada Cristal Serra and had a wonderful experience. It's in a very good location, with a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere and a family feel. The owner, seu Jairo, was polite and ready to help with everything we needed. The rooms were very clean, with soft, fresh-smelling bedding, cable TV, parking, and powerful air conditioning. The shower uses electricity, but the water pressure was strong. One of the best places I've stayed in Cambara, highly recommend it. We'll be back soon!

We stayed here in June/2022. When I got to the chalet, the toilet was dirty, as shown in the attached photo. There were gaps in all the windows, so the air conditioning couldn't warm the room. The service was good, but the facilities leave a lot to be desired. I wouldn't recommend the place or come back, and I can't understand how the reviews are so positive.
