The hotel is comfortable and nice, but I was disappointed by the view from my first-floor room. I know a good view can’t be guaranteed for everyone, but they could at least put in a pleasant garden instead of having the room look out onto a concrete floor.

I won't stay here again or recommend it. Check-in took over 20 minutes, and when I opened my room, another man was inside. He said the staff had given him a room that wasn't ready, and it turned out to be the room I was originally assigned. Reception moved me to a different room, but I later found hair, black dust, and other stuff between the sheets, and the bed hadn't really been made. My coworkers had a kettle, complimentary snacks, and free water in their rooms. I had nothing on my desk.
