4/10
The place is clean and organized, but the owners’ service leaves a lot to be desired. They’re very money-minded: they promise one price, then charge a different amount at checkout. They don’t value the customer and argue in a harsh tone. The big positive is how well the owner’s parents treat and relate to the guests.

The meals felt like home cooking and were delicious. Dona Raimunda was very cordial, and the accommodations were simple but really comfortable and clean.

10/10
The beds were very good, and the rooms were tidy, with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. It’s close to UNIP, and breakfast was good.

A simple, clean place at a reasonable price. The bathroom is shared, but there are separate ones for men and women.

Clean and comfortable, definitely worth it. Breakfast just doesn’t have many options.
