The kitchen is available for cooking and eating, and it was clean, as were the bathrooms. The room had clean sheets and no dust, and the living room was comfortable. Breakfast was very good too. The entrance is simple, but inside there’s what you need, and everything was comfortable and clean. Felipe, who runs the hostel, was polite and helpful, and understood our circumstances. For a fair price with the basics done well, I recommend Hostel Central Brasil.

I hated it. The bathroom is shared and has no lock, and the cutlery, dishes, and pans are awful. The room has a tiny fan for two bunk beds, so anyone sleeping on top gets unbearably hot. There’s no real breakfast, just bread from the previous week. Felipe, the owner, is hardly there. He was away for a while because he was sick, which is fair, but other times he just took time off.

I stayed for 15 days for work, and this was the best place I found. Cleanliness is essential to me, and the rooms were good. Breakfast was very good, especially since it was included in the daily rate. A big hug to the owner, Felipe. I recommend it! 👏👏👍😉 Congratulations.

Disgraceful. There was no water to drink unless you bought it, and no sheets or soap, with everything charged separately. I’d paid in advance, but there were plenty of demands for the money and none of the bare minimum needed for a stay. After work, I waited 20 minutes for the owner to open the door, then got a very rude response that I should have paid attention to the rules. They weren’t on the website, just on a small 20 cm sign at the top of the wall going up the stairs. It was dirty and had no comforts. Rotten fruit sat on the breakfast table surrounded by flies.
