The staff were very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good. The hotel feels a bit old, though. My room was spacious, but the bathroom setup was a mess. The outlets are old, so bring an adapter.

Breakfast was very good, with fruit, cheese, ham and more. The rooms were clean, bedsheets were clean, and housekeeping came regularly, with towels replaced. From the 13th floor the view could have been great, but nearby tall buildings block most of the scenery. It was still pleasant. I was on the 9th floor and could tolerate the traffic noise with the windows closed. Lower floors will be louder, so bring earplugs. The hotel is near good restaurants and bars, and works as a central base if you can live with the parking situation. Security is a real concern. More than once, we got a key just by stating the room number, and nobody checked who we were. Someone who knows this could potentially get into a room, even if the rooms are assigned randomly. My wife noticed it too. The shower stalls are narrow, and a larger person may not fit through the door. The soap shelf tilts too much to hold soap, so I wedged folded toilet paper under it. There isn't a holder for shampoo bottles, so they end up on the floor. The sink faucet has been leaking long enough to leave a big stain. Parking costs extra. The hotel is on a busy main road, and its tiny lot is across the street, so parking can be a hassle. At least someone will park the car for you if you stop at the ramp and hand over the keys. There aren't enough AC outlets for phones, a computer, and a CPAP machine, so bring an extension cord and an adapter for round pins. I had both, crisis averted.

It's in a good part of town, close to lots of things. The rooms are comfortable, and the service is good.

The rates are low, but the food isn't very good.
