Chalés Fora de Estrada

Edir and Zélia make guests feel truly welcome. Their way of hosting is friendly and personal, nothing like the cold, formal feel of a standard stay. The place is well cared for and surrounded by nature, and I felt calmer as soon as I arrived. Our chalet was just right, and the electric sheets were a great finishing touch. The dirt road is in good shape, with the usual care needed for that kind of road. We recommend it and will come back.

We stayed two nights last weekend in chalet 3 and have no complaints. Edir and Zelia welcomed us warmly, and they were so friendly and attentive that we spent hours chatting over breakfast. The breakfast itself was delicious, fresh, and generous. They even kept track of our trips out with a Google Maps link to make sure we wouldn't get lost. We'd never had anyone do that before. The room was perfectly quiet, and the bed had a heated sheet on each side, so you could choose which side to switch on. The owners had clearly thought of everything. The glass ceiling in the bathroom is a lovely touch, and it was a treat to see what the day looked like without getting out of bed. The shower was nice and warm, too. Best of all was lua, their sweet, gentle little dog. We recommend it and hope to be back soon.
