The breakfast was wonderful, and we left satisfied, but I missed having more food options at the inn. If a couple wants to stay in for the evening and enjoy the place, there’s nothing to eat there. Apart from that, we had a great experience. The rustic style is something I like, and my husband and I found it cozy and especially nice for a couple. Since we had a car, the drive to the main square in the center took 11 minutes. It’s a bit of a long way, and I wouldn’t recommend walking at night. We were welcomed warmly and loved the city, so yes, we’ll come back. I hope there’ll be more food choices next time.

The breakfast was wonderful, everything tasty and well prepared. We loved all the little details and will definitely be back soon. The inn has a cozy feel, great service, and a very good location. We highly recommend it!

I paid with a virtual card, but they wanted to see the physical card, even though the numbers are different. They asked me on WhatsApp for a photo to verify the cardholder just 2 hours before we were due to arrive. I explained that I’d paid with a virtual card and couldn’t send a screenshot because my bank app blocks screenshots of the card. They simply CANCELLED MY RESERVATION. This trip was for our 8th wedding anniversary. I explained several times that I could show the card at check-in, since I’d need to open the bank app to do that. My wife called, and Cristian answered. He was very rude, sarcastic, and ironic, saying they might as well cancel since she was unhappy. What an absurd way to treat people at a place that puts “boutique” in its name. They need to learn how to treat guests. It was hugely upsetting to have our booking canceled while we were on the way, then have to find somewhere else at the last minute. I don’t recommend it. The service was amateurish, outdated, and childish.

A memorable stay, everything was perfect. It’ll be even better once they tune the beautiful piano in the living room, haha. I highly recommend it and will return.
