Pousada Dreams

The owners, Ana Lucia and Fernando, were the highlight for us. They took care of every little detail and treated us with real warmth and so many thoughtful touches. We left feeling we’d made new friends, and would love to return to see them again. We also loved the pousada itself. The facilities were top quality and went beyond what we expected. Ana Lúcia and Fernando are such lovely people, welcoming, cheerful, and attentive. Their hospitality made our stay feel like a friendship, and we’re grateful. We already want to return soon. The breakfast had plenty of delicious choices. Try Tati’s tapioca, the baked potatoes, and Ana Lúcia’s oven scrambled eggs. Our room was great, with a big comfortable bed, a wonderful shower, immaculate cleaning, and personalized treats every day. The pousada is beautiful, right across from Pedra do Baú, with a magnificent sunset view.

It’s especially suited to couples and doesn’t accept children or pets. There’s plenty for nature lovers nearby, from fresh mountain air and birds, squirrels, and toucans in the morning to woods and trails, off road driving, and beautiful landscapes. You can take in views of Vale da Pedra do Baú, Pico do Imbirí, Mirante Vila Natal, and the surrounding area. In winter, the sunset is breathtaking. The pousada is in Parque Pedra do Baú, about 8 km from the tourist center and around 4 km from Vila Jaguaribe, with easy access by paved road. It has five spacious luxury suites and modern, welcoming shared areas that still feel homey. The spaces are bright and airy. Facilities include a living room with a ceiling about 15 m high, game room, spa, squash court, sauna, gym, barbecue, covered garages, and a large outdoor parking area.

The welcome made us feel at home right away, thanks to the warm hospitality of our new friends Ana and Fernando. The pousada was beautiful, spotless, tidy, and easy to reach, with a truly privileged view. It went beyond what we expected. We’ll be back and recommend it.
