We booked a room with 3 single beds but ended up in one with a double bed, completely different from both the photo shown in the app when we booked and the voucher. There was no mirror or soap. They didn’t provide room service: they didn’t make the bed, change towels, or replace toilet paper, yet they charged a service fee, haha. Our entrance was through the back too. The hot shower and simple but decent breakfast were the positives.

The garden and Márcio’s warm welcome made our weekend unforgettable. The breakfast was simple and delicious, and the inn is such a lovely place to stay. Our room was spacious and had a heater, and the bathrooms were roomy with a wonderful shower. Everything was impeccably clean. I highly recommend it.

The garden was immaculate, and the room and bathroom were spacious. The pousada was clean, well kept, and organized, with a really good breakfast and great value. The two staff members were very attentive, though I do think they could use more people on staff. Its spot on Morro do Elefante works well if you're driving, and Parque dos Elefantes is walkable. Márcio gave us several helpful tips for enjoying the city. The internet was the one thing I wasn't keen on. I'd definitely come back and recommend it.

Pousada Villa Menotti is in a beautiful, peaceful natural area, yet Vila Capivari is about a 15-minute walk away. For the price, I was very pleased. Our room was large and clean, with plenty of outlets, a closet, and a lovely garden view. The bathroom was spacious too, and both the shower and sink had hot water. Sr. Márcio was kind and helpful. I have nothing but praise for the place and would gladly return soon.
