Pousada Dois Irmãos

The location was great, and the inn felt cozy, peaceful, and very well cared for. My room was comfortable and quiet, just right for resting. Everyone was polite, attentive, and ready to help. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choice and everything very fresh. I’d happily come back and recommend the inn for comfort, calm, and good service.

Betel’s entrance is just three minutes away, which was exactly what I wanted. You can even walk there if you like. The inn isn’t fancy, but it suited my visit to Betel perfectly. The room was tidy, the bed comfortable for resting, and the bathroom had what we needed. It was quiet, and that was enough for me. Breakfast was wonderful, and the staff were extremely attentive. I’d recommend it to anyone wanting to stay close to Betel. I’ll stay there again next time. See you then.

I’m frankly appalled by how they handled our reservation. Our flight was delayed, and I reached Guarulhos at 21:30. I messaged Pousada Dois irmãos to say I’d arrive late and drive there, but got no reply. Around midnight, the inn was closed. No one answered the phone or intercom, and there wasn’t even a night guard. I had to look for another hotel and found Ibis Tatuí on Via Castelo Branco. The regular rate was 360,00, with a discount for Betel visitors. The room was comfortable, breakfast was very good, and they provided service throughout the night. Staying at Ibis turned out well. Pousada Dois irmãos also refused to return my advance payment, saying I hadn’t shown up. Honestly!

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The rooms were dirty and noisy, the bed was broken, and the bathroom was awful. Breakfast had flies and very few options. The breakfast staff seemed unprepared, and there weren’t clean utensils available. There were just so many problems. I can’t recommend it.
