The rooms were incredibly clean and comfortable, and Paola was consistently friendly and helpful. They welcome pets and let you bring your own drinks, too. We’ll be back soon.

I booked ahead and paid the requested deposit by Pix, but when I arrived the pousada was closed. There was no one to help, no reply on WhatsApp, and my money still hasn’t been returned. I’d give one star only because there’s no option for none. They showed no commitment to their guests. A terrible experience.

I only spent one day at the pousada while visiting the south of João Pessoa. The staff were helpful and explained everything we needed to know. Breakfast was simple but enough, and the hammock on the balcony was great for relaxing.

Paola at reception helped us right away when my grandfather became confused by the surroundings one day and didn’t recognize the family. We were very worried, and she and some other guests helped us get him to the car and gave us all the support we needed. Déia from housekeeping was also kind and attentive, always available to help and leave the room just how you wanted it. We felt very supported and welcomed throughout our stay with my grandfather. Thank you to the team for receiving us so warmly. Hugs!
