The attendant was very kind and got us everything we asked for. The room itself was very basic, though, with no bed, just a stack of four mattresses. The sheets looked dirty, and the room smelled musty.

I stayed for one day, and honestly, I'd give it just one and a half out of ten. The hotel was extremely basic and humble in every respect.

The place was filthy and smelled of smoke, with mold all around. When I opened the fridge, the stench nearly made me throw up. The guy at reception gave me a triple room but then wouldn't let me use more than two of the beds. It might be funny if it weren't so awful. TERRIBLE!!!

A real oasis in the business center of the Eldorado neighborhood. The stunder rooms and suites are very comfortable, with air conditioning and a whirlpool tub. The restaurant is well organized, offers a variety of food and drinks, and has great service. Everything is clean and airy, and the place is fully adapted to the new social distancing model. Worth checking out.

The ceiling fan in my room didn't work, and the door frame was loose. I thought 100 reais was a lot for what little was offered, though my company paid for it.
