We didn’t even stay one night. The rooms were basic and clean, and the bathroom was a bit cramped, but the electric shower had a broken wire. Most of the guesthouse was occupied by construction workers. After 10 p.m. they talked loudly, played funk loudly, and smoked, and the smell came into our room. It was awful. In the middle of the night we felt very uncomfortable and unsafe, so we moved somewhere else for our safety and peace of mind. The door lock also didn’t feel secure, and we were afraid someone might break in during the night. There was a list of rules in the room, including no smoking, no walking around shirtless, and complete quiet after 10 p.m., but none of them were followed. I wouldn’t recommend staying there until the construction work is over and the workers have left. The lodging apps showed it was occupied through June 2026.

The room had air conditioning, outlets by the beds, a big table for keeping suitcases off the floor, and a shelf for other things. Marcos was very friendly. There were lots of workers staying in the other rooms, but we didn’t have any problems, just some noise now and then. The guesthouse itself is quite simple.
