The little chalets are lovely and close to nature, and everything was very clean. The owners were so friendly and caring, and gave us great tips on where to go, eat, and see. We had a wonderful time in the warm atmosphere.

Breakfast was delicious, all regional and handmade using local ingredients. The place is well located, about 1km from downtown. Mr. Marivaldo and his family were excellent hosts, and the facilities were okay.

Our chalet, Estrela, was wonderful, with 3 bedrooms and en suite bathrooms. The host was helpful in every way. The pousada was beautiful and clean, with great views. I definitely recommend Pousada Cheiro da terra.
