Hotel Meridiano V

The private parking is excellent, and breakfast was adequate, but the location isn't particularly great. I had a bad experience with the staff, too. They don't seem to know how to handle international guests. I tried using Google translate, but one staff member just rudely shouted Portuguese at me. Maybe Brazilians would be treated better. When I mentioned the problems in my room, I was told quite rudely it was too late to do anything. The hotel is in a poor state of repair. In my first room, the toilet wouldn't stop flushing. They moved me quickly, but the second room had its own issues: bits of floor coming up and a broken toilet door handle. WiFi barely worked and kept dropping out. My advice is to stay somewhere else.
