The staff were very good, and the rooms were okay. The location is great if you want to see the festival, though the music can be really loud if you go to bed before it ends.

The hotel feels very neglected. The TV only gets one channel, and there’s a stripe across the screen. I was there with a tour group, and there weren’t enough staff to help us at breakfast; some dishes and food items had run out. One room on the third floor had a very dirty floor. The two good things were the central location and the very attentive reception staff. Cassandra was a sweetheart.
