The staff are the best thing about this hostel. I’ve never had such a warm welcome, and everyone makes you feel so at home. They share all the information you need, and there’s cheap beer, fun parties, and get-togethers too. Special thanks to Renata, Joao, and Leticia.

A wonderful hostel. Mina at reception helped me settle in with the other guests. I was the only person there who didn’t speak Portuguese natively, and the Brazilian guests were all amazing and patient while communicating with me despite my beginner Portuguese.

I’ve traveled all over the world, and Casa Swell gave me one of my best hospitality experiences. As an American, I had a great time there and made friends right away. The staff were very friendly and professional, and the atmosphere was incredible. A few Brazilian and foreign friends have since asked me for Noronha recommendations, and I specifically told them to stay at Casa Swell so they could have a fantastic experience too.
