Ilha Do Frade Ecopousada

The setting is simple but charming, and Dona Cecília and her daughter run the pousada with warmth and dedication. They welcomed us with real care and paid attention to every detail. Breakfast was thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. The location is excellent too, making it easy to get around the island's main sights.

We had a great three breakfasts here, with a different savory dish each day, including tapioca, omelette, and French toast. There were different fruits each morning and a variety of fresh juices. The room was pleasant and matched its description, and we also enjoyed the garden and terrace. Patrícia, her mother, and the rest of the team were warm and kind, and helped us a lot with the small unexpected problems we ran into on the island. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place.

Ilha do frade made for a memorable and comfortable stay. Cecília and the staff were welcoming from the start and helped us with every detail. Cecília clearly loves what she does and living on the island, and she's a wonderful host with a huge heart. Luma, a very affectionate dog, and Bibi and Chico, two lovely cats, are part of everyday life at the pousada.

We made the most of Noronha this time, heading out early and only coming back to the pousada at night. It's cozy and close to everything, and breakfast was excellent. I did the capim açú trail after eating only breakfast there, and that worked out really well. Dona Cecília is a wonderful host, attentive to every detail. There was a little flower in our room every day. I'd recommend this place without hesitation.
