The location is handy, near the center, the square, grocery stores, and a pharmacy. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast, though simple and limited in choice, was good. There was also an afternoon snack available through the evening, with cake, coffee, and tea. The receptionists were very polite, and the exterior is well kept. The wooden room is old, but the air conditioner worked well. It was noisy, especially at night. Cleaning is done daily if you ask for it. The main problem was the strong sour smell on all the towels and bed linens. They didn't seem properly washed. A thorough wash and fabric softener would help. Guest service ends at 5 pm; after that, you contact them on WhatsApp and requests are handled the following day. The inn is left open at night.

Gabi did everything she could to make us happy and looked after us so warmly. She’s such a lovely person. The rooms were clean and smelled fresh, and the simple breakfast was really tasty. We were also treated to afternoon coffee. The location made it easy to get around on foot or by bike. They made our trip happier, and we’ll definitely be back. So grateful.

The inn has just three rooms and made us feel completely at ease, like we were extending our own home. The team was wonderful, especially Izabely, Day, and Luana. The manager was there and really made a difference. Francisco, congratulations on the way you run the place, and thanks for the wonderful feedback. Every second felt worthwhile. It was so cozy, just what you need in Noronha. We'll be back, with so much gratitude.
