We had a great time here. The place is beautiful and feels very safe, with parking, a 24-hour concierge, and friendly people throughout. The apartments are well equipped and the price is good. It’s right on the beach, and the Canasvieiras shopping area is just a block away for walks and strolls. There’s also a supermarket two blocks away. The ramp and elevator provide wheelchair access. A really nice experience.

I stayed in the apartment in Florianópolis that I rented with Claudia, and everything went smoothly. The comfort was excellent, there were no problems, and it was worth every penny. Highly recommend. I’ll be back in summer 2027.

The oceanfront pool is the standout, and the apartments facing the water have a magnificent view. There’s direct beach access, plus a games room with pool and ping pong and barbecue grills. The building is fairly well maintained for its age, and the apartments come fully equipped. There are also cameras and security around the clock.

The place was comfortable and spacious, and it added a lot to a wonderful vacation. Reception is open 24 hours, and the staff were attentive and friendly, especially Luciano 💪🏻

A real treat, right across from the beach, with a private residents’ exit that puts you even closer. It’s a luxurious place with a pool, ping pong, and chicken.
