We booked the room at 22.10, but check-in after 22.00 wasn't possible. The owner told Agoda he'd waited for us until 23.00, which was an excuse, and we never got a refund. This is a pure scam!

The owner said I couldn't stay after I booked the place. He was really rude and didn't try to sort anything out. I was promised my money back, but it never came.

Green Mountain is close to Parque do Rio Vermelho, one of the biggest parks in Santa Catarina, and there are lots of trails and biodiversity nearby. One trail leads to Praia de Moçambique, which feels almost deserted and is good for experienced surfers. The neighborhood in Florianápolis is also one of the quietest. The host was attentive and helpful.
