Management was rude and took no responsibility. They even called me stupid because I don't speak Portuguese, which shocked me. I've traveled for five years across 69 countries, and this was the worst hotel I've stayed in. They wouldn't let me iron my own shirt, so I handed it over to them. They burned it and didn't say anything. I had to notice and point it out myself, and then they refused to replace it.

My room was spotless, very clean and neatly arranged, and the staff were helpful. I was treated really well from the moment I arrived until I left. The location is great too, and I'll definitely stay here again.
