Imigrantes Apart Hotel

We loved our week there at the end of January and would definitely come back. The beach is beautiful and, to us, the most peaceful in Florianópolis. It was well lit at night, so we stayed there until late. We didn’t need a car, with a supermarket, rotisseries, and pharmacies all close by. Our bright, clean apartment was fully equipped and already in good shape, with a balcony overlooking the main street. The new owners are renovating the apartments. There’s direct beach access, plus a locker for each unit with an umbrella and lounge chairs, which made things very convenient.

We’re sure we’ll come back. The place was very clean and comfortable, and the apartment had everything we needed. It’s on the ground floor with direct access to the beach, and they provide umbrellas and lounge chairs too. Excellent experience, highly recommend it. Thank you!

Javier is a total pro. Any time we spoke with him, he sorted out whatever issue we had, and everything felt practical and efficient. Victor was always available and responsive, and Lucia was a clear, very friendly, reliable administrator who helped us with a problem. We’ll be booking again in June, hopefully facing the beach. Thanks for everything, Alejandro and family. The apartments facing the street and the ones upstairs are spectacular. Some of the other units we used were perhaps smaller. Ours had an ensuite bathroom and was amazing. If you can, pick one on at least the third floor facing the street, or facing the beach. Everything in the apartment was brand new, and the grills are great. They clean the apartment every three days and change all the sheets and towels, so you only need a beach towel. The internet is super fast, though it didn’t work for a few days and they’re working on it. Unlike last year, when it worked perfectly, the connection doesn’t reach the beach. Oh well. There are lots of perks, including private beach access and a shower by the beach entrance or in the nearby parking area. Umbrellas and chairs are provided, and everything is super nice. SUPER FORTE supermarket is just steps away, those who know will understand. They even have a shopping cart so you don’t have to carry heavy water jugs.

Javier, the hotel manager, always greeted us with a smile and helped whenever we needed anything. We had a health issue during our stay, and luckily an emergency room, UPA, was 15 minutes away and gave us excellent care. The apartment had been recently renovated, was well equipped, and came with an umbrella and lounge chairs. It also has private beach access, with supermarkets and other shops just a block away on foot. Cachoeira is one of the most peaceful beaches in Florianópolis. It’s well lit, and I felt safe there at night. We loved our stay two weeks ago and will definitely return.
