The host was incredibly welcoming and friendly, and breakfast was really enjoyable. There’s everything you need for a comfortable stay. You can walk to the center, but it’s far enough from the parties to have a quiet night. Amazing place. I’d definitely come back!

The rooms were bright, roomy, charming, and comfortable, with everything we needed and kept very clean. Breakfast and parking were included, and breakfast was fresh, tasty, and filling. It was also a nice chance to meet other travelers before heading out for the day. We’ve stayed at the Pousada twice, once for four weeks in 2017 and again recently for six weeks. The owners and staff are warm and helpful, and the place has a charm that makes us feel at home. Lagoa da Concecao’s restaurants, shops, arts, and entertainment are an easy walk away. It’s also well placed for trails, beaches, and villages across the island, with Florianopolis and the continent just a short drive over the hill. We’d give the Pousada and its staff our highest marks and recommend it without hesitation.

Colinas is tidy and well cared for, and the staff are friendly, dependable, and helpful. It’s also an easy walk to the bars and shops in Lagoa. I’d highly recommend it.
