Sadly, it was a bad experience. The room had more than just a fly or a mosquito, it had cockroaches, as we call them back home. When we complained, your response was poor. You said reception was open until 9 pm. Later, someone came and tried to blame us for the infestation, then moved us to another room full of cobwebs and spiders. The staff were rude throughout and never admitted there was a problem to deal with. To make matters worse, they told Booking.com we hadn’t shown up, and we lost our deposit. They’re truly a disgrace. We have proof of everything we’re saying.

A really bad experience. The service was terrible, and the room was full of cockroaches.

The place worked for what I needed, and I didn’t feel unsafe even though the layout is quite open and there’s no doorman or guard on site. The kitchen has only a few utensils and no microwave. I thought the price was a bit high for what’s provided, though that seemed true of most places I looked at.
