The Wi-Fi in my apartment was completely unusable, so one night I had to work in the lobby. One of the two toilet bowls clogged near the start of my stay and couldn't be used. I didn't put anything inappropriate in it to cause that. The shower also tended to cut off the hot water by tripping the fuse, and the microwave was dirty with food. The people running the place don't answer emails, and one of the main contacts doesn't speak English. Basic things like getting an apartment key or a fiscal receipt for payment were difficult. I wouldn't have managed without my Brazilian host making numerous phone calls for me.
