Apart no melhor da Praia do Futuro

My apartment was very comfortable, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a pool, sauna, gym, and a great sea view. Praia do Futuro is considered an isolated and dangerous area, but nothing happened to me, even when I walked along the quiet waterfront at night.

I stayed for 13 days through Carpediem, in apartment 1507 norte, and the experience was awful. The flat was small and the furniture was in terrible shape. There was a microwave but no outlet to plug it in, and only two of the four stove burners worked. The glass balcony curtain wouldn't open, so we had to have a technician come fix it. During all 13 days, the bed linen and towels were never changed. The company told us changes were only offered after 15 days, and my reservation didn't qualify. The building was dirty and disorganized, with lots of cockroaches, even in the elevator. The view wasn't worth the price. I won't do business with this company again or return to this building.

The pool was wonderful and stayed very clean throughout our visit. Beach Village is a well-managed condominium, with everything tidy and organized, and the entrance staff were consistently polite and ready to help. It felt safe and well run for a vacation rental. A 10 out of 10 stay, and I'd definitely come back.

The apartment is well equipped, though it's a ways from downtown. An Uber ride to the center costs around R$30,00 each way.
